Risha Grant is a diversity expert. Period.
She has always seen diversity as a crucial part of any business. But when Risha started talking diversity 13 years ago, its concepts had not caught on in Oklahoma—her dialogues were before their time.
Unfazed, Risha confirmed her purpose to blast diversity into the 21st century. She used passion and persistence to solidify herself as a powerhouse CEO, and has become the answer to the disconnect between minority and mainstream communities—her way.
With as many awards as strategic plans, Risha authenticated her lifelong goals and evolved as the driving force behind both a boutique public relations firm and a non-profit organization that continually garners overwhelming response from its supporters.
After college, Risha’s career began in broadcast journalism as a producer/director. After being laid off, Risha decided that the true path to wealth and freedom is through entrepreneurship. Her journey began.
In 2004, with a national client list, Risha created Xposure Inc., a communications firm that began with Xposure Business Magazine and progressed into Urban Xposure Radio. Risha led Xposure successfully to its peak then realized it was time to soar to greater heights.
Employing her tenacity for business development, Risha re-designed her company into a public relations boutique. Today, the Xposure brand reigns currently as the only diversity communications firm in the State of Oklahoma.
From there, raising multiple millions to globally improve Oklahoma’s pride and diversity image was the brainchild of X Out Exclusion!, Inc., Risha’s non-profit organization designed to expose diversity as a strategy to empower communities with education, awareness and resources that create economic advantage throughout the United States. This initiative is firmly backed by an array of public figures, including former Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry, former Secretary of Commerce Natalie Shirley and current Secretary of Commerce Dave Lopez, among other state and community leaders.
