OUR Oklahoma is an initiative launched in 2010 in collaboration with Former Gov. Brad Henry as a statewide campaign designed to increase awareness and understanding of diversity throughout the State of Oklahoma.
With your help, together, we can develop a diversity plan that would result in:
- An increased awareness and understanding of diversity as a tool for
- A strategic plan to bolster business, workforce and economic development
- Increased tourism
To achieve this goal and to connect with as many Oklahomans as possible, we have strategically chosen target cities to focus our outreach efforts.
- Tulsa/Broken Arrow
- Oklahoma City
Goal: To embrace diversity and inclusion in our state and, more meticulously, individual cities to add value to commerce, including economic development, tourism and workforce development.
“I am excited about the new “OUR” Oklahoma campaign launched by X Out Exclusion! Inc. and its talented CEO, Risha Grant. The campaign's goal is to develop a plan to help Oklahoma better understand and appreciate its diversity while capitalizing on its homegrown assets to boost economic opportunities for all Oklahomans.”
